Dexter is looking for his forever home, he is a handsome lad and full of character.
Dexter does require an experienced home only, Dexter is in need of a calm household. He cannot live with young children but could possibly live with older teenagers.
He would really like a garden to go out into but it is important that it’s very secure with high fencing (6ft recommended), as he does like to be nosey and would jump over a smaller fence!
Dexter is good with other dogs but does need to be the only dog in the home so that he can focus on his training. He also needs a home without any cats as he does try to chase them.
He does settle nicely into a home environment and is very good with his housetraining.
Dexter is still a pup and has plenty more to learn and would love a new owner to help teach him. He can be strong on lead when out walking, he is currently working on his loose lead walking and is doing great in low distraction environments. Dexter is happy to be handled but does sometimes find things like having his harness on very exciting.
If you could offer Dexter the forever home that he deserves, please fill out our adoption enquiry form, putting as much information about yourself and your experience as possible. — If you would like to provide more information about yourself please email: [email protected]
