GYP

About Me:

Ready For Homing

Age: 3 Years

Breed: Border Collie

I could potentially live with a quiet cat-savvy dog.

I'd like to live with a confident dog who can show me the ropes.

I could live with older children.

I could live with secondary school age children.

I need a patient family to help me build my confidence.

More About Me:

Meet Gyp!

Th lovely Gyp is looking for a patient and understanding home where she can take her time to build confidence.

Gyp has come into our care from a farm after being unsuccessful as a working dog and is now ready to learn all about life as a much-loved pet.

She can be very nervous of new places and experiences, so she’ll need adopters who are willing to take things slowly and help her discover that the world isn’t such a scary place. With patience, gentle guidance and plenty of positive experiences, we’re sure her confidence will blossom.

Gyp would like to live with another confident dog who can show her the ropes, and could live with older children who understand her need for space and patience.

If you’re looking for a gentle girl who needs a little extra time and understanding to come out of her shell, Gyp could be the perfect match.

See what our staff have to say about Gyp:

‘Gyp is a sweet girl who can be shy at first is so lovely once given the time to warm up to you. After a life on the farm she deserves a patient family who can help her learn the world isn’t so scary.’

If you think you could offer Gyp the loving forever home that she deserves, please click the “Make an adoption enquiry” button to submit our adoption application form.
When completing your form, the more information you put about yourself and your experience the better. We do require the details of the veterinary practice where your pets have been registered, please add this to your application.
If you rent your home, you must already have written permission from your landlord to allow pets, please email a copy of this to us once you have submitted your application form, otherwise unfortunately we will be unable to progress with your application.
