LOKI

About Me:

Ready For Homing

Age: 4 Years 9 Months

Breed: Labrador (Fox Red)

I'd love to explore outside once I've settled in.

I'd like a family who can engage my brain, preferably someone with a background in scent work and/or gundog training.

I could live with secondary school age children.

I could live with older children who are used to energetic, bouncy dogs.

I could potentially live with a quiet cat-savvy dog.

I could potentially live with another dog if introductions went well.

I am very strong on the lead.

More About Me:

Loki is searching for his forever home!

Loki is a bright and energetic boy who would thrive in an active home. He loves his walks off lead in our secure field and while he is still working on his lead walking, he would make a great companion for a family who enjoy getting out and about, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors.

While Loki is fun, lively, and full of character, he can also be a little nervous at times. He will need a patient and understanding home that can help him build his confidence and introduce him to the world at his own pace.

He would be best suited to a home with older children who are comfortable around bouncy dogs.

Loki is a clever dog who enjoys learning, so he would benefit from an owner who is happy to continue his training and provide plenty of mental stimulation to keep him engaged. Ideally someone with experience in scent work and/or gundog training would be beneficial to Loki.

He may be able to live with a calm, well-matched dog, following a successful introduction.

Loki would particularly suit a home with Labrador experience, where his new family can support him in growing his confidence while continuing to bring out his fun, adventurous side.

PLEASE NOTE: Loki is very strong on the lead and will need someone who is able to physically manage this. His new owners must be consistent with training on a daily basis!
